A mass shooting obliterates Swan Singleton's world, kills her mother, and leaves her father wandering the streets, suffering PTSD. Seeking her father, Swan collides with Lilith Steed, a performance artist battling cancer. Despondent, Lilith's husband, Roger, a screenwriter, meets Francis, a fashion designer. A tumultuous affair reveals Francis's transition. The trio enlists the help of a black market organ surgeon to save Lilith's life, and holy hell breaks loose.
